Meet the Owner, Alonzo Frye
Midwest Neighborhood Builders is owned and operated by Alonzo Frye, a licensed Michigan contractor who has spent years working hands-on in residential construction and remodeling. Alonzo has seen what happens when work is rushed, corners are cut, or communication breaks down—and he built MWNB to be the opposite of that.
Instead of sending out a revolving door of strangers, Alonzo stays closely involved in each project. He’s the one who listens to your goals, looks at your space, and helps you understand what’s realistic for your home, your budget, and your timeline.

How It Works
All of our pieces are handmade in about 8 weeks. After the order is placed we begin poduction and contact you when the order ships. All of our pieces are blanket wrapped and shipped nationwide. We have FREE SHIPPING with utmost care for your piece during transit. Damages are extremely rare with our shipping process but if it does occur, we pay for the return or replacement of the item.
