Whether you’re freshening up a hall bath or redoing a primary bathroom from top to bottom, we focus on work that improves how the spaEvery kitchen and every family is different. We don’t sell one-size-fits-all “packages”—we look at your space, your goals, and your budget, then build a plan around that.
Full kitchen remodels: Tear out tired finishes, adjust the layout, and rebuild your kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting, and fixtures.
Cabinet upgrades: refacing or replacement: Update doors and drawer fronts to modernize the look, or replace old, failing cabinets with a better layout and more useful storage.
Countertops & backsplashes: Install new countertops (quartz, granite, laminate, etc.) and backsplashes that are durable, easy to clean, and aligned with your style.
Lighting & electrical improvements: Add or relocate lighting, outlets, and switches so work areas are brighter and more functional—no more cooking in your own shadow.
Flooring replacements: Replace worn or damaged flooring with materials that handle busy kitchens and Michigan seasons.
Layout and workflow changes: Adjust the placement of appliances, islands, and work zones so cooking, cleaning, and moving through the room feels more natural.
We follow a clear, step-by-step process so you know what’s happening from estimate to final walkthrough.
You tell us about your kitchen, share photos if you have them, and we confirm that your project is a good fit for Midwest Neighborhood Builders.
We come out, measure the space, look at existing conditions, and talk through how you use your kitchen now vs. how you’d like it to work.
You receive a written proposal with scope, pricing, and a rough timeline. If there are multiple ways to approach the project, we’ll explain the tradeoffs.
Together we finalize cabinets, counters, flooring, and other selections, then confirm a timeline and start date.
Our team completes the work, keeps you updated, and treats your home with respect—protecting floors, containing dust as much as the project allows, and cleaning up at the end.
We review the finished kitchen with you, note any touch-ups, and answer questions about caring for your new space.
