Whether you’re freshening up a hall bath or redoing a primary bathroom from top to bottom, we focus on work that improves how the space actually functions.
Full bathroom remodels: Replace old fixtures, update layouts, and rebuild with new tile, vanities, flooring, lighting, and ventilation.
Tub-to-shower conversions: Remove unused or hard-to-access tubs and replace them with walk-in or low-threshold showers.
Shower and tub upgrades: Install new acrylic or tile surrounds, update valves and fixtures, and improve water control and drainage.
Vanity, sink & storage updates: Add more usable storage and counter space, improve lighting around mirrors, and refresh sinks and faucets.
Flooring and moisture control: Install bathroom-appropriate flooring and improve ventilation to help manage humidity and reduce long-term moisture problems.
Bathrooms are often the first place accessibility issues show up. We help homeowners and families make bathrooms safer and easier to use when mobility needs change.
Grab bars placed where they’re actually useful
Low-threshold or curbless showers for easier entry
Comfort-height toilets and improved clearances
Non-slip flooring options
Better lighting and ventilation for safety and comfort
You don’t have to know the solution yet—if you tell us what’s hard to do in your current bathroom, we can suggest options and walk you through what each would involve.
You tell us what isn’t working—lack of storage, slippery floors, outdated shower, tight layout—and share photos if you have them.
We look at your current bathroom, check existing plumbing and framing, and talk about your goals, budget, and timeline.
We create a clear proposal that outlines the scope, timeline, and pricing so you know what to expect.
Together we choose fixtures, tile, flooring, and other finishes, then confirm a start date.
We complete the work, coordinate trades, and keep you updated along the way.
We inspect the finished bathroom with you, address any touch-ups, and make sure you know how to care for the new materials.

Not sure if you’re in our service area?
Not necessarily. Some projects are full remodels; others focus on the shower, flooring, and vanity while leaving other elements in place. We’ll look at your space and help you decide what makes the most sense.
Yes. We can suggest grab bar placement, shower styles, clearances, and other changes that make the bathroom safer and easier to use for people with mobility challenges.
If you only have one bathroom, we’ll talk through how the schedule will affect your daily routine and what temporary options you might have. We do our best to minimize disruption, but there will be periods when the bathroom is out of service.
Cost depends on size, scope, and materials. After we visit your home and understand your goals, we’ll provide a written estimate tailored to your specific project—no generic price ranges that don’t match your space.
If your bathroom feels outdated, difficult to use, or simply not right for your needs, Midwest Neighborhood Builders can help you plan a remodel that fits your home and your life.
We’ll review your details, follow up with any questions, and guide you through the next steps.
